What is happening to my stamps?!?

I thought Stampin' Up Stamps are a good quality.
Look at that!

My stamps are stored in a cupboard, no sunlight.

This isn't flat at all:

I'm so sad about!

But look, the wood-mounted stamps are the same:

Is that normal?

Embossing Resist Technique

First I sponged a few cardstocksheets.

The stamps I want to use: Stempin' Up!
French Foliage

I stamp it with Versa Mark and use clear embossingpowder.

Heat it!

Now I start to ink the whole sheet black.

I use Distress black soot.

It's done!
And here you can see how it looked before :)

Embossing Resist Card for the Stempelgarten-Challenge #35: "Spring"

This is my card for the Stempelgarten.ch - Challenge in march:

I'm not sure... the stamp is a Besswax or Stone House.
Ink I used:

Stampin' Up
Summer Sun
Pixie Pink
Wild Wasabi

I sponged the cardstock with those colors.

I stamped with Versa Mark and used clear embossingpowder.

All about that black: made for Splitcoaststamper-Challenge F4A265

I like this technique, my fingers are now all black, too^^
It's made with the Embossing Resist technique; I took a few pictures while I made this card; it's really easy to create some great effects.

Water effects - my newest stamp

I saw this card on Ryns Blog (don't know how I landet there... you know how this is) and i HAD to buy these stamps!
And I was right, the stamps are great!
This is my first card made with it, not perfect but I like it :-D

Stamps I used:
Water Effects- Design by Ryn
Psychedelic Grunge - Tim Holtz (it's a set of 5 stamps)
Ink I used:
Sponged and stamped with Stampin' Up Rose Red and Aubergine,
stamped the raindrops with Archival Ink black
The white highlights are made with Cleopatre Gouache white.
The little red dots are made with a piece of an anti-slip from IKEA, calles "Stopp".
I used it as a mask, it works great!

I had to rough the edges because I crashed my papertrimmer;
now it cuts very... creative^^
So we do as it has to be that way ;)
The one black edge you see here I sponged with a Memento Dew Drop silver.

Nothing stopps us from making cards, right?!?

Patience - Mirror Stamping Technique

This card is made with a new technique for me, look here:
splitcoaststampers.com TLC525 ~Mirror, Mirror...~ {3-16-15}
I allways used an acrylic bloc or an acrylic sheet for this.

Unfortunately I don't remember what company the stamps come from, I bought it a very long time ago, in a time I didn't knew it matters^^
The card is made with patience - I stamped about 20 times until it was more or less okay...
I shall have chosen "luck" instead of "patience" ;-)

I stamped on a very lightweight japanese-paper, crumpled it and glued it on darkblue cardstock.
